By accessing or using ProxyLab's residential proxy services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProxyLab provides residential proxy infrastructure services, including SOCKS5 proxy servers, UDP relaying, and related network services. Our network spans 102+ countries and provides authentic residential IP addresses.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • To transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • To violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • To engage in any form of automated data collection without proper authorization

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engaging in DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • Violating terms of service of third-party websites
  • Unauthorized access to computer systems

6. Payment Terms

Pricing is based on volume and specific requirements. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for enterprise clients; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ProxyLab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProxyLab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
